Buying Online:
To make a purchase please use the order/inquiry form and complete the required details with the products you are interested in and Sugared Princess will respond within 24 hours.
Payment Methods:
We accept Paypal and an invoice will be sent to your email address upon agreement with Sugared Princess after contact has been made.
Your Credit Card Info:
We do not receive any credit card information ourselves - only a confirmation that the transaction has been authorised. Therefore you are at no risk when entering your credit card information.
Posting and Packing:
We endeavor to send your goods the same day that we receive your order. Once your order has been processed the goods will be packed and dispatched, obviously orders received late afternoon will be dispatched the following morning.
Delivery times:
We advise delivery times of 7-10 working days, however many items arrive within 5-6 working days.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs may vary and are based on weight, this will be confirmed once an inquiry has been made.
Postal Receipt:
We retain all postal receipts with a tracking number for your satisfaction in case of mislaid items, however please note that we are not responsible for the delivery times and can not be held responsible for delays caused by third parties.
Privacy Policy:
We guarantee that your details will not be disclosed to third parties. We hold your details under the Data Protection Act 1998. These are only used by us to dispatch your goods.
Returns Policy:
We aim to satisfy our customers, however if you are unhappy with your item we offer a 20 day returns policy from the date of shipping, please contact us in the first instance and we will supply you with the return's address and a return's code that needs to be attached to your return. We will not accept any return's that have been opened or used otherwise.
Refund Policy:
We will refund items in the unlikely event that you are not satisified with your items based on our 20 day return policy as stated above, we have the right to refuse refund's if the goods have been used or opened in a way we feel to be used.
